Nail Repair Guarantee

We offer complimentary repairs for any nail damage that occurs within 3 days of your appointment.However, this guarantee does not cover damage caused by personal accidents or improper aftercare. After the 3-day period, repair services will be charged.

Allergies & Sensitivities

If you have any known allergies or product sensitivities, please inform us in advance so we can take the necessary precautions.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
Repeated last-minute changes may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings

Payment Policy

accept payments via cash, CliQ transfer, and Zain Cash wallet.If you choose to pay through CliQ or Zain Cash, the transfer must be completed inside the salon before leaving.Full payment is required at the end of your session.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be canceled. Clients who miss their appointments without informing us in advance will be required to pay a deposit to secure any future bookings.

Respect for Our Staff

We are committed to providing a respectful and welcoming environment. Any rude or inappropriate behavior toward staff may result in refusal of future service.

Children & Guests

For the safety, comfort, and relaxation of all clients, children are not permitted in the salon. If you arrive as part of a group and only one guest is booked for a service, accompanying friends are kindly asked not to remain in the waiting area, as it is reserved for clients receiving services.

Service Preferences & Final Approval

Please communicate clearly with your nail technician before and during your session, especially before applying the gel color. Let us know exactly what you want in terms of design, shape, color, and whether you prefer a thin, medium, or thick application. We kindly ask that you review your nails before leaving the salon, as any changes requested after the service is completed will be charged.

Boycotted Food & Drink Notice

Please note that any food or beverage from boycotted brands is not permitted inside the salon. We appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining a respectful and conscious environment for everyone.
